How to use the programme
- You will need the referrer’s name and contact details, or a referral card.
- Tell reception that you are using the referral programme when you book.
Conditions
- The referral programme cannot be combined with other campaigns.
- The programme may end without prior notice.
- Cashback is paid 90 business days after the plan is contracted.
- Cashback is not paid where the plan is cancelled after a short period.

How much is the discount and the cashback?
For a plan from ¥50,000 to under ¥100,000 the referred patient gets ¥5,000 off and the referrer gets ¥5,000 cashback. From ¥100,000 to under ¥150,000 it is ¥10,000 off and ¥10,000 cashback. For ¥150,000 and above it is ¥15,000 off and ¥20,000 cashback.
When is the cashback paid?
Cashback is paid 90 business days after the plan is contracted.
Can I combine the referral programme with another campaign?
No. The referral programme cannot be combined with other campaigns.
What happens to the cashback if the plan is cancelled?
Cashback is not paid where the plan is cancelled after a short period.
