You need the referrer’s name and contact details, or a referral card. Please tell reception you are using the programme when you book.
For a plan from ¥50,000 to under ¥100,000 the referred patient gets ¥5,000 off and the referrer gets ¥5,000 cashback. From ¥100,000 to under ¥150,000 it is ¥10,000 off and ¥10,000 cashback. For ¥150,000 and above it is ¥15,000 off and ¥20,000 cashback.
Cashback is paid 90 business days after the plan is contracted.
No. The referral programme cannot be combined with other campaigns.
Cashback is not paid where the plan is cancelled after a short period.
It applies to hair removal treatment plans.
