Men’s Care Clinic runs an online consultation service for oral medication. The consultation is held by telephone or video call and the medication is posted to you, so there is no need to travel to the clinic. Although the clinic itself treats men only, this online oral medication service is open to women as well.
Under the previous rules, seeing a doctor meant attending in person, which was a burden for anyone who found travelling difficult or who had very little free time. Online consultation from the first visit onwards is now permitted, so treatment can be started without taking a day off work or school, and from anywhere in the country.
All you need is a smartphone, or a computer with a camera. There is no waiting-room time.
No visit needed, bookable from the first consultation
Book whenever suits you. If a slot is free, a same-day consultation is often possible. Travel time and waiting time both disappear.
Payment settled straight away
An invoice is sent as soon as the consultation ends, and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Medication posted to you
The medication or the prescription is posted to your home or your workplace. The delivery address is the one you registered, so please tell us at the consultation if it has changed.

Prices are self-pay. The consultation itself, including advice on daily habits, is free of charge. Which medication is appropriate, and whether it can be prescribed at all, is decided by the doctor at the consultation.
Packaging can also be arranged so that the contents are not identifiable from the outside. Please mention this at the consultation.
Payment is by credit card or bank transfer. VISA, JCB, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club cards are accepted.
The clinic is entirely self-pay, so there is no need to submit a health insurance card, and no notice of medical charges is sent to your home or your workplace.

The clinic is a one-minute walk from the Ginza exit of JR Shimbashi Station, and a one-minute walk from Exit 1 of Shimbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Shimbashi is also served by the Toei Asakusa Line and the Yurikamome. The address is Marucho Building 7F-B, 1-8-4 Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0004.
Opening hours are 14:00–21:00 on weekdays and 10:00–18:00 on weekends and public holidays. First-time patients are received until 30 minutes before closing, and returning patients until 10 minutes before. Appointments can be made through LINE or the website, and same-day slots are sometimes available. Telephone: 03-5962-8738.
Online consultations do not require a visit. The details above are for the Shimbashi clinic, which handles in-person appointments.
