Booking cancellation and rescheduling policy

This policy applies to bookings for laser hair removal and Dermapen 4. We treat these on a pay-per-session basis at a deliberately modest price, and that pricing depends on booked slots actually being used. Because cancellations without notice and late arrivals had become frequent, we have set out the terms below. They apply whatever the reason for the cancellation.

Cancelling or changing a booking

If you need to cancel, please do so through the online cancellation form.

When you cancel or reschedule	Charge
3 or more days before the appointment	Free
2 days to 1 day before the appointment	75% of the treatment fee
On the day of the appointment	100% of the treatment fee

If you arrive late

Each treatment has a reserved time slot. If you arrive late, we carry out the treatment within what remains of that slot, and the full fee is charged. You can check the length of each slot on the treatment appointment times page.

How do I cancel a booking?

Use the online cancellation form on our booking site.

Is there a charge if I cancel well in advance?

No. Cancelling 3 or more days before the appointment is free.

What is the charge if I cancel the day before?

Cancelling between 2 days and 1 day before the appointment is charged at 75% of the treatment fee.

What happens if I cancel on the day?

Cancelling on the day of the appointment is charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

What happens if I am late rather than cancelling?

We carry out the treatment within the time left in your reserved slot and charge the full fee.

Does the reason for cancelling make a difference?

No. The same terms apply whatever the reason for the cancellation.
